Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a return request through your order. Once approved, you'll receive instructions via email.
- For refunds to your original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Store credit returns are free.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- Be free of stains, marks, odors, or any signs of wear
Items that do not meet our inspection standards will be sent back at customer's expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Store credit:Â Issued in full, free of charge.
- Refund to original payment method:Â A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning eligible items for store credit and placing a new order for your preferred size or style.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items
- International Shipments
