Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a return request through your order. Once your request is reviewed and approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you along with further instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Be free of stains, marks, odors, or any signs of wear

Items that do not meet our inspection standards may be sent back at customer's expense.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and approved

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning eligible items and placing a new order for your preferred size or style.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • International Shipments
